We need your help! We have two items that need your vote. First we would like to install a sprinkler system (no extra cost to you) at all the monument entrances, so the landscaping (flowers, plants, and shrubs) has a chance during the hot summer months. It is very costly to bring water trucks every other week and it is even more costly to replace landscaping when it dies.  
 
The Board has worked hard to reduce the overall cost of the system and already has money set aside for the system itself, but we need your vote so we can install it. Please take the time to VOTE now. The entrances are what everyone sees when entering our subdivision and one of the biggest complaints the Board hears about at every meeting.  The Board has received many requests from our homeowners to improve the entrances but we cannot make improvements or even properly maintain what we have unless we are able to regularly water!
 
The other item is a rental restriction on the number of homes allowed to rent at one time.  The Board and many of our homeowners believe that there should be a limit the total rentals allowed (not including rentals to family members) and the amendment to our Declarations will limit it to a reasonable 20% of the total number of homes in the neighborhood (or approximately 76 homes).  The State Legislature is working to pass legislation that says we cannot limit the number of renters -- the proposed law will grandfather associations with existing limits so we need to act fast!  Don't let the state government reduce your property value!  Click Here to vote on the rental restriction
